Energising Yoga Flow

This 60-minute all-levels Flow class is designed to help you balance and energise your body and mind, fill up your own cup and step into the rest of your day embodying your best self!

Give yourself a moment of peaceful movement and connection to the breath as I guide you through poses that release tension from your whole body and mind and get those endorphins going!

You’ll be given time at the start to really arrive in the space and moment and get the most out of each movement and asana without feeling any pressure to strive or compete - though you might find yourself doing more than you ever thought you were capable of…

A wall and a cushion may be handy to have nearby, but are not required.

Core Pilates

BACK SOON

Get ready to challenge your coordination, stability, and strength with this 60-minute total-core Pilates class that you will keep coming back —you will feel stronger every time.

Connect to your breath, help prevent injury and get those endorphins going in the comfort of your own home.

All you need is a mat and enough room to stretch out on the ground with your arms and legs extended.

Your core will be working the entire time but you'll also get strengthening and toning in the upper and lower body, plus a good relaxing stretch!

Remember to rest when you need to, and most importantly, enjoy your class!
