Welcome – I’m so glad you’re here. My passion for yoga and wellbeing is at the heart of the classes I offer, both in-person and online. I’m dedicated to creating a space where you can feel supported, uplifted, and connected – a community grounded in care and joy.
Since 2017, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching regular group classes across Scotland with Edinburgh Leisure, Nuffield Health, George Watson’s College, the University of Edinburgh, and in corporate wellbeing programmes. My journey has also included one-to-one sessions in clients’ homes, online conferences, and a memorable season leading daily classes at Surf Cascais in Portugal.
I’m now excited to be based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia – bringing my practice to a new community by the sea.

Private sessions deepen your practice in surprising ways, whether you’re new to the yoga game, feel intimidated by taking a class with lots of other people, need rehabilitation from an injury, or just want to take your practice deeper.
There’s safety in private yoga instruction as all your injuries and special requirements are addressed in each pose.
You can build a new practice much faster than in a group setting due to the focused training you’re receiving.
